Student Support Services
The mission of TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is to provide eligible Craven Community College students with a range of services including support and encouragement, academic advising, personal and career counseling, personal development workshops, financial guidance, transfer and FAFSA assistance, priority registration, cultural events, college campus visits, learning resource lab, and assistance with basic study skills.

Are you Eligible?
Participants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment at Craven Community College, be a U. S. citizen or permanent resident, and have at least one of the following federally defined criteria apply to you. Please select all that apply:*

First-generation college student (neither birth parent or adoptive parents has received a four-year (Bachelor's) degree.Student with a documented disability (as defined by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and verified by CCC’s ADA Coordinator.)Income eligible (taxable household income is at or below federally determined guidelines. For details about the current income levels, contact the TRIO office).Were you ever in the foster care system?
Participants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment at Craven Community College, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and have at least one of the following federally defined criteria apply to you:

- Student with a documented disability (as defined by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and verified by CCC's ADA Coordinator.)
- Income eligible (taxable household income is at or below federally determine guidelines). You will be required to provide documentation to attest to the accuracy of this amount.
If you are eligible, complete all sections of this application and return the completed application with federal income documentation to the TRIO Student Support Services office and schedule a meeting with the Director for further consideration.
