    The Thomas University Pre-College Programs is 100% funded by the U.S. Dept. of Education and the personal information that you provide is for them. This information is protected by the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA). No one may see the information unless they work for or with the Thomas University Pre-College Programs or are specifically authorized to see it. The information is necessary to determine if your child is eligible to participate in the Educational Talent Search Program and helps the U.S. Dept. of Education measure his/her success. The U.S. Dept. of Education has the authority to gather such information (20 USC 1231a). Your child is not eligible for any services from the Thomas University Pre-College Programs unless the information is provided.

      The Department of Education in Washington D.C. funds the Educational Talent Search Program (Pre-College Programs). We are required to provide services to a portion of students who meet a certain criteria. Please help us meet these criteria by completing the following questions:
