TRIO Student Support Services - Program Application

Please do your best to answer all sections of this application. Your responses are needed to determine eligibility for this federally funded program. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The TRIO Student Support Services program serves a limited number of students each year and applying for the program does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are evaluated based on the number of available slots, individual academic need, and federal eligibility.

To be eligible for this program you must meet the following:
- Accepted for enrollment at ACC
- Have a need for academic support to aid in successful completion of courses at ACC
- Plan to take 6 or more credits a semester
- Plan to graduate with a certificate or associates to a 4-year
- Plan to transfer to a 4-year program
- In addition, you must be:
  - A first-generation college student (neither parent or guardian has a 4-year degree) OR
  - Considered limited-income (according to the US Census Taxable Income Levels) OR
  - An individual with a documented disability registered with Disability Access Services at ACC

Your next steps are:

Complete an Application Review with a TRIO Student Success Advisor. Schedule the appointment within the following week after submitting this application.
You may schedule your appointment in the following ways:

Schedule online via your Student Navigate Explorer on myACC.
Click on appointments on the left-hand side.
Click on schedule appointments.
Under type of appointment, select “TRIO Student Support Services”.
Under service select “TRIO SSS application review”.
Select a time that works for you and schedule an appointment.
Call the TRIO Department at 303.797.5755.
Visit the TRIO SSS office at M1650 on the Littleton Campus, and we can help you schedule your appointment.
Submit an income verification form.
Complete student responsibility agreement.
All required forms will be sent to you from the TRIO@arapahoe.edu email within 3 business days of submitting this application.
