TRIO TALENT SEARCH PROGRAM
PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This is to certify that you have been accepted into the TRIO Talent Search Program hosted by Coastal Bend College at their high school.

By submitting this Program Agreement the student agrees:

to attend TRIO Talent Search Program sessions (i.e., active participation in
meetings, college outings, workshops and tutoring sessions.)
missing more than a third of activities without valid excuses will result in dismissal.

The student understands the following:

that the student’s participation is strictly voluntary.
that the student is on a two-month probation period (new participants only).
that they may only be in one TRIO Program at a time.
that the student must notify the Talent Search Program if you join Upward Bound.
that the student must complete a college admission application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid during his/her senior year of high school.
I understand that the rules I am held responsible to at my school campus are the same rules that apply during any event with the TRIO Talent Search Program. I also understand that failure to abide by any of the recognized rules may result in my dismissal from the TRIO Talent Search Program.
