Thank you for your interest in applying to Tusculum University's Upward Bound program serving Cocke and Hawkins counties in Tennessee. This is a program dedicated to helping high school students achieve their dreams of attending and graduating from college. Please have both the student and parents/guardians fill out the following application as fully as possible--both a student and parent/guardian will need to sign on this page. You can save your information and come back later to complete it if needed.

Once you submit the application, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission. Our staff will follow up with you after we receive your application to complete the application process.
