    TRiO Student Support Services STEM-H at Texas Woman's University provides eligible students with FREE academic advising; financial aid information; financial literacy awareness; career planning; and tutorial assistance to assist participants in achieving their academic goals. All activities are designed to assist eligible students persistence in college from year to year; remain in good academic standing each semester; and graduate from TWU. Students selected to be in the TRiO Student Support Services program must meet certain criteria set forth by the Department of Education.  The Texas Woman's University TRiO Student Support Services STEM-H Program is funded from 2025-2030 entirely by the U.S. Department of Education in the amount of $272,364 annually.
