I willingly choose to participate in the Broward College TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program at the South Campus and commit myself to the following:

· To continuously work towards achieving my goals and obtaining my degree

· To meet with my TRIO success coach at least three (3) times per semester

· To attend at least two (2) workshops per semester

· To attend at least one (1) cultural activity per semester

· To utilize all resources/ services TRIO offers me when I require them. These services include: Academic advising, personal counseling, academic tutoring, transfer services, enrichment workshops, academic workshops, college tours, and cultural tours.

If an issue were to arise or I need assistance fulfilling this contract, I understand the director, student success coaches, and/or tutors are available to help me upon my request.
