Upward Bound is a college preparatory program that provides eligible high school student rigorous academic support and guidance toward a post-secondary education. Eligibility for the Upward Bound program include meeting income guidelines as determined by the U.S Department of Education, and/or be a potential first-generation college student (neither parent/guardian has earned a Bachelor's degree).
