    • I authorize my student's school and/or school district to release educational records to the Coastal Bend College TRIO Upward Bound Program for the purpose of determining program eligibility, assessing academic need, providing academic and college-preparation services, monitoring academic progress, and meeting federal TRIO program requirements. Records that may be released include, but are not limited to, transcripts, grades, GPA, course enrollment and completion, attendance records, state assessment scores, class rank, graduation information, and other educational records necessary for participation in and administration of the Upward Bound Program.
