Taxable Income can be found on the second page of most tax forms. (Form 1040- line 15).
I certify that the information contained in this document is correct to the best of my knowledge. I hereby give my permission for the Talent Search program at Weatherford College to have access to any school, college or agency records regarding my child to determine eligibility and to monitor the progress of my child. I will also grant permission for my son’s/daughter’s pictures to be published in Talent Search materials such as newsletters, annual reports, web pages and recruiting presentations, and I release Weatherford College from any liability related to publicity involving my child. I also authorize my child to use the Internet for educational purposes and grant my student permission to travel should there be a field trip opportunity. I understand that all records will be kept in strict confidence in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.

I understand that being part of the Educational Talent Search program is a PRIVILEGE. I understand that as a senior participant in Talent Search, I must provide my Precollege Advisor with copies of my transcript and/or report card(s), standardized test scores, income tax information, Student Aid Reports, college acceptance letters, award letters, and other relevant information if necessary. I agree to complete my college and financial aid (including FAFSA) application with my Advisor. I agree to register & take the SAT and/or ACT and/or TSI if necessary. I agree to submit copies of all communications regarding financial aid & college admission from colleges/universities to my Advisor for my file if necessary. I agree to be present & on time for all scheduled workshops, field trips & individual appointments. I also authorize Talent Search to access copies of all the above-mentioned items in order to assist me in achieving my educational goals
