    Who is Eligible?
    Per federal regulations, students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and meet at least one of the following:
     First-generation college student (neither parent/guardian has earned a bachelor’s degree)
     Low-income status (family income is below 150% of the federal poverty level)
     Documented disability registered with TCL’s Office of Disability Services

    Additional Notes:
    Applicants must be enrolled in a TCL degree, diploma, or certificate program.
    Preference is given to students planning to transfer to a four-year institution.
    Students already hold an associate's or bachelor’s degree are not eligible.
