  • As a federally funded TRIO program, TRIO-SSS is required to provide documentation of your eligibility for our program to the U.S. Department of Education in order to meet TRIO regulations that two-thirds of the students in our program meet federal low-income guidelines.

    You must complete this form, whether or not you believe you qualify as low-income.

    • I certify that all the information provided in the TRIO-SSS application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. If it is determined my application contains false, altered, or forged information, my application will not be considered.
    • I acknowledge and consent for TRIO-SSS (operating under the Family Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)) and all other applicable laws for the purpose of the Family Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) reviewing information regarding my academic process information, financial aid information, transcripts, grades, and all other student records from Seattle Colleges faculty and staff.
