  • Veterans Upward Bound Authorization to Release Information

    I give my permission to the Veterans Upward Bound program at Truckee Meadows Community College to request and receive copies of all applicable school and/or agency  records. I also authorize the Veterans Upward Bound program to release information to any school and/or agency concerning myself that will facilitate my progress through the program.  

    As a Veterans Upward Bound participant, I will abide by the rights and responsibilities of the TMCC Telecommunications Use Policy available at TMCC IT Policies and Procedures

    When using Veterans Upward Bound resources and facilities, I will comply with the Truckee Meadows Community College Rules of Conduct and Procedures for students, established by Title 2, Chapter 10 of the NSHE Code.
